solution:

If your Mac is running Safari 9.1:

check1 Press the seal switch on the pop-up.

check2 If the pop-up reappears or will not close up, you can snap  on the tab or seal the complete Safari window.

If your Mac is operation Safari 9 

check1 If the pop-up include a "Don't illustrate more alert from this webpage" checkbox, pick the checkbox before final the pop-up.
